At La Hacienda Flowers, Inc., we take pride in the quality and freshness of our flowers. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the flowers have been delivered.
Our flowers are inspected before shipment to ensure they meet high-quality standards. If you receive flowers that are damaged or in poor condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
If a quality issue is confirmed, a replacement or store credit may be issued at the sole discretion of our quality control team. Credits are valid for future purchases and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Orders may be canceled only before being shipped. Once flowers are dispatched, cancellations cannot be processed due to the perishable nature of the product.
